Job Title: Centre Manager

The Centre Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our centre, meeting compliance and financial targets. This role involves creating long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and increasing occupancy of the service.

About the Role:
  • This includes managing all aspects of the centre, including staff management, marketing and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet compliance and financial targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
  • Support educators and families to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience in meeting safety and compliance standards.
