Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a capable Centre Manager to lead our early learning service in Lakes Entrance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality early learning and the ability to cultivate trusting relationships with staff, families, and community stakeholders.

Job Description
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a long-daycare, preschool, or kindergarten setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Ability to cultivate trusting relationships with staff, families, and community stakeholders.
