Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee our Child, Youth, and Family Services (CYF) at Life Without Barriers. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and care to children and young people, fostering an environment conducive to their growth and development.

Your Role

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within our CYF services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a therapeutic approach to support children and young people throughout their care journey.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a skilled team aligned with our organizational values.
  • Overseeing compliance with legislative and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinating key deliverables and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Managing risks and issues related to service management.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the child protection and out of home care sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
