Project Manager Opportunity

A highly respected and visionary developer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee upcoming remodelling works and future development projects across its premium Gold Coast assets.

This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with a leading developer, delivering projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
  • Liaise with local authorities and manage development approval processes.
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
  • Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes.
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
