Luxury Property Development Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a respected developer and contribute to delivering projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living.
The successful candidate will play a vital part in overseeing construction workflows, navigating development approvals, and ensuring every detail reflects the property's high-end positioning.
- Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive project outcomes.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
- Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes.
- Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
- Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
- Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes.
