The Position

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, process mapping, discovering automation opportunities, and implementing processes within digital channels. Your main accountabilities include:

  • Qualifying and quantifying conversation automation opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Creating detailed process and solution design documentation for automation development.
  • Developing test plans and conducting functionality and regression testing prior to solution deployment.
  • Managing stakeholder requirements and providing ongoing engagement.
  • Building and maintaining conversation automation solutions.
  • Effectively monitoring and managing any issues and subsequent automation changes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate across a wide range of business stakeholders.
  • Ability to address enquiries and issues from end to end.
  • Effective working as part of a small team and autonomously.
  • A superior level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst would be highly regarded but not essential.
