**Job Title:** Behavioral Specialist I
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as a Behavioral Specialist I. This role is part of the Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) team, which provides clinically focused interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
About the Role:
- Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem-solving, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement.
- Assist the team in providing ongoing assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions.
- Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals.
- Ensure services provided are culturally competent, strengths-based, and focused on rehabilitation and inclusive of client preferences.
- Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience working with adults with mental illness.
Schedule Options:
- Sunday-Thursday, 1pm-9pm (40 hours)
- Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 9am-5pm (32 hours)
- Sunday 9pm-9am, Friday 11pm-9am, Saturday 9pm-9am (34 hours)
- Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm (40 hours)
This Behavioral Specialist I will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.
