About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Completions Coordinator to join our team in Armadale, Western Australia. This role will support our Engineering team and contribute to the success of our public infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Quality and Completions Team in processing quality documentation, including Work Packs, Tender documents, Inspection and Test Plans, and Inspection and Test Reports.
- Develop Architectures in FieldView and Teambinder to support Delivery and Completions of Work Lots.
- Assist in creating and preparing publications, such as reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting agendas and minutes.
- Liaise with the Program Drawing Manager and Completions Engineers to report on Drawing Statuses.
- Support the Completions Team with Client Walk-down Walks, including the raising of Site Walk Inspection Records.
- Previous experience or knowledge of completions systems such as WinPCS, SAP, Orbit, and PIMS is desirable.
- Sound computer skills with the ability to use MS Package and other relevant software confidently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and respond to changing business requirements in a positive manner, with excellent time management skills.
- A positive, energetic, and flexible approach to work.
