About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our marine infrastructure upgrade projects across Western Australia are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine electrical components required for our marine projects.
  • Compile and review QA/QC documentation, including ITPs and RFIs, and associated reporting.
  • Coordinate suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of electrical components and services.
  • De-conflict with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Plan and monitor progress, equipment, and personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Diagnose issues and problem-solve to ensure project delivery is not impacted.
  • Track procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Program and schedule electrical and commissioning works to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator who has a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field. You will have experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction project delivery space, and be able to positively influence and develop stakeholder relationships. You will also have a proven problem-solving ability and be able to think outside the box.
