Program Manager, Workplace Health and Safety

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Program Manager to join our Amazon Workplace Health & Safety team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing programs that create a safe workplace and promote a world-class safety culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic projects and programs to improve workplace safety and health.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various teams, including Operations, Human Resources, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions at scale and drive business outcomes.
- Define and implement metrics to measure program success and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Provide program decision support and insights through data analysis and information gathering.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
- PMP certificate.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
