**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Youth Services Mentor to join our dynamic team. As a mentor, you will play a vital role in helping young people overcome challenges, build their confidence, and guide them on their journey toward a brighter future.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work or a related field, and demonstrated experience in youth services or residential care. You will possess a deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as a commitment to cultural competency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Mentor and engage young people, guiding them through life skills development and personal growth.
- Role model positive behaviors, emotional intelligence, and social responsibility.
- Empower youth by encouraging their active participation in decisions that impact their lives.
