Pool Service Technician Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will maintain, repair and optimize pool and spa systems to ensure peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular servicing and upkeep of pools and associated equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, lighting).
  • Conduct water testing and manage water balance.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults and perform algae treatments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on pool care.
  • Record accurate service records and reports.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and assist with inventory management.
Requirements

You'll bring:

  • Experience in pool maintenance or a similar technical role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and time management.
  • A valid manual driver's license.
