We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and ensure accurate information regarding parts needs.

About the Role
  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing with front counter enquiries, locating Cat parts for customers and technicians.
  • Actioning outstanding jobs related to parts inquiries and customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Interpreting system-based parts information using digital and print resources.
  • Managing parts warehousing tasks such as receiving, order picking and dispatch.

The successful candidate will have a true passion for customer service, with a willingness and desire to learn and develop into being a Cat Parts Specialist. Essential skills and attributes include:

  • Mechanical knowledge and a background in earthmoving and/or automotive is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working on different kinds of systems/databases.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and knowledge of Caterpillar products (preferably).
