Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Measurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality process measurement solutions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • To execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • To plan and execute work on a first-time-right basis with customers, demonstrating urgency and care within their area of responsibility.
  • To identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points while on-site with the customer.
  • To perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and perform analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
  • To prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure that materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
  • To troubleshoot equipment/process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • Dual Trade qualification (Instrumentation/Electrical) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with process gas analysers in the chemicals, oil & gas sectors is required.
  • Proven expertise in process analytics and instrumentation, including service engineering roles, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of ABB Continuous Gas Analysers and ABB Gas Chromatograph analysers is necessary.
  • Passionate about process measurement, gas analytics, and instrumentation technologies.
  • Fluent in English with a valid NSW Driver's License (or equivalent Australian license).
