Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage quotes, orders, deliveries, and claims.
  • Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Investigate delays and damaged items, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
