Children's Centre Operations Lead

As a dynamic leader, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting educators and families in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the centre(s) to meet compliance and financial targets.
- Build lasting connections with the local community through partnerships with families and leverage marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
- Mentor and support centres to achieve National Quality Standards.
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Bring strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- Be current with a Working with Children's Check.
- Have experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
