Milestones Early Learning is seeking a dynamic and empowering People Leader to guide and support educators and families in our rural Northern Tablelands location.

About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Centre/s, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
