Job Description

Lead a dynamic team in a picturesque Regional NSW childcare centre, fostering long-lasting connections with the local community and delivering exceptional early education experiences. Our 90-place centre is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, providing an ideal environment for educators to thrive.

Cultivate a culture of excellence by implementing best-practice strategies, collaborating with families, and driving occupancy growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, aligning with company policies and procedures while meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Mentor and support staff to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, ensuring a high-performing team that delivers outstanding results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager, with a strong track record of achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
