Job Title: Family Care Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled family care specialist to provide personalized support to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver counseling, information provision, and emotional support to clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and ensure access to necessary support services.
  • Establish effective communication with community stakeholders and administer medications as required.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of support services.
  • Provide advocacy for clients experiencing inequality, injustice, or discrimination.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hold at least a Diploma level of qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field.
  • Exhibit strong person-centric skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Hindi.
  • Maintain current police checks and be fully vaccinated.
