Job Opportunity: Family Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a family care specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support to families with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage household schedules and coordinate activities\
  • Provide childcare services, including engaging in activities with the child, teaching, and forming a close bond\
  • Conduct meal planning and preparation for the family\
  • Run errands as needed and provide transportation\
  • Anticipate the needs of the family and communicate effectively\
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and overall home management\
  • Develop and implement a safe and nurturing environment for the child\
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support\
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge\
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with children under 5 years old\
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality childcare and household management\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills\
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the child\
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities\
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification\
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in early childhood education or related field preferred\
