Job Title

Customer Service Officer – Brisbane. This is a full-time, permanent ongoing position open to applicants based in Brisbane.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential participants (up to 40+ calls per day).
  • Conduct phone screening questionnaires to assist eligible participants based on study requirements.
  • Select trials for participants based on eligibility criteria.
  • Build excellent rapport with new and existing participants.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the participant database.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six months' experience in a contact centre (required).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (required).
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet set targets and KPIs.
