Service Advisor - Brisbane

Hastings Deering is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Brisbane Branch. This role will work with the Brisbane Field Service team ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer and internal relationships, acting as the key operational contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure invoice clarity and prompt payment by verifying accurate parts, labor, and work descriptions.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties.
  • Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team.
  • Implement action plans for financial targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade Qualification desirable.
  • Experience working within a service orientated department.
  • Sound computing skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft AX.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety.
