Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Darra, QLD. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing support via phone or email, managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Relations skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the veterinary or medical wholesale industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Oracle/NetSuite will be highly regarded
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular excel, will be advantageous
