Job Description

Our team members play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance and operations, and supporting their colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, facing products, and ensuring the store is clean and tidy.
  • Support colleagues with tasks such as processing transactions, receiving stock, and maintaining store displays.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about working in retail, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
