Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the point of sale efficiently and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods purchased.
  • Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
  • Proactively promote loyalty programs and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Efficiently execute and maintain all merchandising and general housekeeping duties according to store standards.

The successful candidate will possess basic maths calculations skills, a retail background and understanding of merchandising principles.
