Process Transformation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement and experience with leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.
  • Lead business process analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Develop and execute process redesign plans in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, cost, and change complexity.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver process improvements.
  • Lead workshops to facilitate group and brand success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement or business transformation roles.
  • Experience with process lean and re-engineering methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor communications.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and technology solutions.
  • Previous Big 4 experience viewed favourably; retail industry experience also considered.
