We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead our product's user experience from research through to final implementation.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, ensuring products are intuitive and accessible.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft high-fidelity designs that balance user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.

This is a mid-senior level full-time role in a fast-paced startup environment where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design lifecycle, from initial research to final UI design.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate designs and inform product strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact on user experience.
  • Proven track record of leading design for complex B2B SaaS and/or fintech products from initial research through to final implementation.
  • Solid understanding of modern web technologies and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems that scale across multiple products and teams.
