Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Product Designer to lead our end-to-end user experience. This individual will take ownership of the design process from initial research and strategy to high-fidelity designs, championing user-centric design across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product design for new and existing features, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences for multiple stakeholder personas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into elegant design solutions.
  • Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
  • Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the user at every stage.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, standards, and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Cultivate a strong partnership with engineering teams to ensure designs meet implementation standards.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate designs and inform product strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional product design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio and measurable impact on user experience.
  • Proven track record of leading design for complex B2B SaaS and/or fintech products.
  • Experience owning the complete design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and post-launch optimisation.
  • Strong user research capabilities, including conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesising insights to inform product strategy and design decisions.
  • Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.
