**About the Role**

We're looking for a seasoned Product Designer to lead our product experience team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing complex design experiences at scale, with a track record of solving customer problems through design thinking and execution.

The Lead Product Designer will define, design, and deliver seamless product experiences within a product area, working closely with Design, Product, and Development leaders to set the design vision and direction.

The successful candidate will promote the value of design and collaborative practice across spheres of influence, presenting and communicating design work to various audiences.

You'll be responsible for creating prototypes that tangibly demonstrate proposed concepts or solutions, influencing, challenging, and supporting designers to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Design Research and Product colleagues to identify research opportunities, plan, and undertake research and testing
  • Promoting the value of design and collaborative practice across spheres of influence and participation
  • Presenting and communicating design work to a range of different audiences
  • Challenging current solutions by exploring ideal future concepts and identifying new interaction solutions and patterns that meet customer needs in a better way
  • Creating effective handover materials that clearly communicate how the design should look and behave throughout interaction flows and journeys
