Job Title: Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Lead Product Designer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to design user experiences that meet the needs of diverse customers.

  • This role requires designing intuitive admin experiences, product features, and researching competitors, trends, patterns, and best practices to inform design decisions.
  • The successful candidate will lead and mentor projects, processes, and craft without formal people management responsibilities, communicating design directions and strategies clearly and confidently with key team members.
  • Iteration based on research and data is crucial in continuously improving the user experience.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end Product Design experience with a track record of designing and shipping multiple products or features.
  • A highly collaborative approach and a passion for working closely with other designers, engineers, and product managers.
  • A problem-first approach and strong data fluency to evaluate user problems and inform design solutions.
  • Effective communication skills and a growth mindset to learn and develop your skills while having fun along the way.
