Seeking a skilled Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

The primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt attention to their needs.

\Duties and Responsibilities:\

  • First point of contact to assist customers in person or by phone\
  • Determine customer needs and communicate with the service team\
  • Organise and follow up on customers' vehicles during the course of the day\
  • Liaise with the service department to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner\
  • Adhere to all required WHS policies and procedures\
  • Conduct yourself in line with organisational values at all times\

    • Previous experience in a similar automotive role is advantageous\
    • A friendly approach and professional presentation\
    • Strong communication and organisational skills\
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry\
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\
