Receptionist - Concierge | Bupa Dandenong

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Medical Visa Services in Dandenong. As a key member of our Reception and Concierge team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct identity and security checks, escalating any identified risks
- Process payments via EFTPOS and confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements
- Enter required data and information into customer management systems and databases
- Explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensure the customer understands the key elements of the process
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a structured environment. You will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to adhering to established processes and quality standards.
