Receptionist - Concierge | BMVS Dandenong, Casual

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our Dandenong team on a casual basis. As a key member of our professional Reception and Concierge team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are aware of the medical assessment process and are guided through the necessary steps. This includes conducting identity and security checks, processing payments, confirming customer documentation, and explaining the visa medical examination process.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff. You will also need to be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively within a highly structured environment, adhering to established processes and quality standards. A sound understanding of IT and computer skills is also essential.
