About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our Dandenong Visa Medical Assessment Centre.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct identity and security checks, escalating any identified risks
- Process payments via EFTPOS
- Confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms
- Confirm which examinations the customer is required to complete and explain this to the customer
- Enter required data and information into customer management systems and databases
- Explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensure the customer understands the key elements of the visa medical examination process
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated customer focus and a professional, service-orientated and helpful approach
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and consistent outcomes in a busy and repetitious environment
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Sound IT and computer skills
- The ability to work effectively within a highly structured environment driven by procedure and process, and adhere to established processes, quality standards and targets
