Job Title:

Restoration Specialist

A fantastic opportunity awaits in our diverse team, where you will utilise your exceptional people and organisational skills to provide restoration services to clients whose properties have been damaged by extenuating circumstances.

  • Cleaning, deodorising, and restoring furniture, and other building contents on site.
  • Cataloguing and transporting items when onsite restoration is not possible.

This role involves attending water damage, fire damage & mould jobs, including cleaning, packing / unpacking and inventorying contents items. You will also perform mitigation & restoration works as required, install equipment and monitor its performance.

  • Proven ability to demonstrate drive and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely motivated and able to think outside the box to deliver exceptional results.
  • Potential to work towards a leadership position within the company.
  • Strong customer service skills with a desire to go above & beyond for clients.
  • Professionalism, proactive nature & good work ethic essential.
  • Previous experience in hands-on roles an advantage but not necessary.
  • Ability to work autonomously & collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and physical fitness required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and working knowledge of IICRC procedures an asset.
