Professional Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Bendigo. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in sales, leasing, and property management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain commercial properties in Bendigo.
- Administer leases, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews.
- Conduct routine property inspections.
- Oversee accounts administration and maintenance coordination.
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants.
- Positive attitude with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs.
- Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required.
