Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Bendigo.

This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team specializing in sales, leasing, and property management in one of Victoria's vibrant regional towns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and grow the commercial property portfolio
  • Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conduct routine property inspections
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants

Skill Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • A positive and proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • A high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and ability to quickly learn complex programs
  • An authentic personality with a 'can-do' approach

Qualifications:

  • A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
