As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering construction projects from commencement to completion.

You will determine construction methodologies from detailed scope of works and engage, coordinate, and manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events.

Key duties include communicating and negotiating with trades to track the progress of jobs, overseeing the delivery of works for an extensive client base, and providing regular updates to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Your role will also involve ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times, liaising between insured parties and insurance companies, coordinating access to properties, and resolving disputes or issues as required.

To be successful in this position, you will have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy, being extremely motivated, and thinking outside the box. You will also have a Carpentry/Building Trade background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

A strong customer service focus, familiarity with OHS practices, legislation, and regulations, and current market rates are essential. Additionally, you will need good work ethic, high motivation, strong computer skills, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

This is a full-time stable employment opportunity with Monday-to-Friday hours. A company vehicle and career growth opportunities are also available.
