Quantitative Analyst

Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quantitative Analyst in our Cairns office. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an Estimator or Quantitative Analyst role within the building/construction industry.
• They will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate cost estimates and quotations using estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• A strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
