Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage a high-performing mechanical design engineering team, fostering growth opportunities and professional development.
  2. Establish consistent design standards across multiple geographical regions, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  3. Oversee procurement and technical specifications for mechanical Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  4. Manage team performance, including reporting, hiring, annual goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance evaluations.
