We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective maintenance support to our clients, ensuring that their vehicles are well maintained and running smoothly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cost-controlled maintenance support to clients
  • Maintain exceptional product support and service standards
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emails
  • Access required levels of work with authorised repairers
  • Provide appropriate repair authorisations
  • Ensure all external and internal customer and supplier queries are answered appropriately
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Automotive or equivalent
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in the motor industry
  • Experience in a customer service role and/or negotiating with suppliers
  • Strong technical/numerical skills, shares knowledge and is thorough and accurate
