About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Development Director to join our team at Good Return. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and business development to support our mission of empowering women and reducing poverty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy to achieve organisational goals
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Nurture and grow high-value relationships with foundations, trusts, and corporate partners
  • Manage and report against budget to ensure financial sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business development in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to set strategic goals, manage budgets, and analyse results
  • Passion for women's economic empowerment and social justice, with a commitment to Good Return's mission
