About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Leader to join our team at Good Return. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Nurture and grow high-value relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate supporters to secure grant income and impact investment capital.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to develop and deliver engagement plans for corporate partners, driving staff engagement and corporate giving.
  • Oversee the marketing and data analytics functions to achieve awareness, engagement, and fundraising goals.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures to support revenue growth and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in a non-profit or business environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to set strategic goals, manage budgets, and analyze results to drive business growth.
  • Experience in the financial services sector and/or impact investment is highly regarded.
