We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to provide administrative support in our insurance team. You will be working closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to account managers regarding client insurance needs, including drafting quotations and certificates of currency
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to meet their insurance requirements
- Assist with insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including creating renewal reports and invoicing policies accurately and on time
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with brokers, underwriters, client executives, and managers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the client experience
- Prior experience in general insurance is highly regarded
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential
- Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience is highly valued
- Experience across general insurance products is highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- A desire for professional development through ongoing training is necessary
