Job Description

As an Insurance Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team of Client Executives and Client Managers. Your primary focus will be on client servicing, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and from our office. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.

You will also be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships with Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers. Your strong administration and customer service skills will enable you to deliver outstanding results and exceed our clients' expectations.
