The Job Description

As an Asset Specialist, you will provide crucial support to maintain and renew the civil and (M&E) drainage infrastructure by:

  • Developing integrated 3-10 year rolling programs that sustain agreed civil and M&E drainage level of service.
  • Supporting the development of options and interventions for drainage maintenance and renewals.
  • Assessing and reporting on drainage asset performance, service capability, and risk to drainage services.
  • Establishing and maintaining the requisite drainage asset management policies, plans, procedures, and standards.
  • Developing high-quality Business Need Identification (BNIs) for proposed drainage renewal works.
About You

We are looking for someone with experience in managing civil and M&E drainage assets, project management, and collaboration. Ideally, you will possess:

  • Understanding of asset management and drainage management principles.
  • Experience in managing civil and M&E drainage assets.
  • Excellent coordination, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in working in collaborative team environments.
