About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Drainage Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for leading stormwater drainage projects from concept to completion. This role involves designing and managing drainage systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • - Design and lead stormwater drainage projects
  • - Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians to deliver multidisciplinary solutions
  • - Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
  • - Manage design activities and oversee the work of others

About You :

We welcome applicants with a proven track record in civil/drainage engineering, including experience in design and design management. A strong understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis tools, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, is essential for this role.
