Café Operations Director

  • Onboards and trains new staff, promoting a culture of service excellence

Café Development and Marketing

  • Develops the café offering to suit the needs and tastes of residents and visitors
  • Collaborates with the Village Manager to deliver marketing and event plans that drive café patronage

Requirements

  • Experience as a Café Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
  • Knowledge of Food Handling Legislation, including HACCP requirements
  • A passion for customer service and building relationships with regular patrons
