Part Time Care Coordinator/Rn Opportunity

We provide high-quality in-home care and assistance to our valued clients.

We are seeking a qualified, reliable and passionate Care Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration or Personal Care Worker experienced Aged Care Worker or Disability Support Worker.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and allocating your care team and ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Observing, caring and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client.
  • Responding to emergency situations.
  • Facilitating wound dressing, complex skilled nursing, catheter care, IV therapy, tube feeding, and palliative care.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse - AHPRA registered
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Current unrestricted driver's license with a preferred car
  • Endorsed to administer medication (desirable)
  • Comprehensive car insurance (desirable)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (mandatory)
