As a seasoned professional in business IT solutions and delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives for leading banking organizations. You will engage with C-Suite executives to enhance their bottom line by identifying technical challenges and proposing incremental business value.

About the Role
  • Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
  • Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions and digital transformation related delivery to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives. A Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking.
